Functional medicine is a personalized science-based approach to determine how and why illness occurs and restores health by addressing the root causes of disease for each individual. It requires a detailed understanding of each person’s genetic, biochemical, and lifestyle factors and leverages that data to direct personalized wellness plans that lead to improved outcomes.
By addressing root cause, rather than only symptoms, practitioners become oriented to identifying the complexity of disease. They may find one condition has many different causes and, likewise, one cause may result in many different conditions. As a result, the functional medicine model targets the specific manifestations of disease for each individual.

Due to the personalized service provided, any form of insurance is not accepted. You may choose to pay using your flexible spending account (FSA) or health spending account (HSA) if allowed by your insurance plan. Please contact your insurance company prior to scheduling an appointment.

A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment in order to receive a full refund. A 50% cancellation fee will apply for a missed appointment.

If you are a candidate for our services or program, we make a commitment to you by offering care, support, and time to partner with you in achieving your personal health and wellness goals.
